First step : Initial consultation

This lasts between 1-2 hours and is an essential part of the ‘getting to know you’ process. It allows me to access fully all the elements of the site and explain the possible options. At the same you will be able to see examples of of my work and decide if I am the right designer for you!

Second step: Concept plan

You will be given a fixed price for this. It will include a full site survey [unless otherwise stated], further discussions with all clients, be drawn to scale and show all features of the new design, but will not include detailed construction instructions or planting plans.

Third step: Implementation

Once the concept plan has been presented and approved, further services are available if wanted. These include construction drawings, specification and tender documents, planting plans and site advisory or monitoring visits. These are charged at an hourly rate, [ a fixed fee can sometimes be arranged if preferred]. Alternatively a project monitoring contract can be agreed to oversee the complete construction and planting of the garden.

Fourth step. Maintenance

A full maintenance schedule can be arranged with regular visits to maintain [and if required, further develop], the garden over the years.
